We also represents fiduciaries (personal representatives and trustees) throughout the estate and trust administration process. This includes preparing probate court filings, handling probate court proceedings, notifying creditors, post-mortem tax planning, review or preparation of inventories and accountings, review of valuations of assets, review of estate and trust income tax returns, review of estate tax returns, and the distribution of assets.

Real Estate

Anthon & Vasallo’s real estate practice focuses on advising buyers, sellers, developers, contractors, management companies, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of both routine and complex real estate transactions. We counsel clients on purchases and sales, like-kind exchanges, development, planning and zoning, site planning, construction, leasing, property management and real estate financing. We support our clients in acquisition due diligence activities including review of environmental impact reports, recorded impairments, restrictive covenants and conditions and tenant leases.
